deposit will not be refunded whether the clients
uses our services or not . The balance of payment
must be settled 2 months/60 days ahead before the
arrival date. (OR) In case of needed, the rest
payment can be settled by direct cash payment to the
authorized person of Plateau Travels & Tours on the
day of arrival.
Cancellation
charges
-
Cancellation of confirmed arrangement, cancellation
fee will be charged according to the case minimum of
60days notice prior to arrival, deposit 30% will be
charged. Less than 45days of notice for
cancellation, 50% tour cost will be imposed. Less
than 30days of notice for cancellation, 75% of the
price will be charged.
Less than 15days of noticenotice
for cancellation, 100% of the price will be charged.
Responsibility

Plateau
Travels & Tours Co., Ltd. act as an agent between
concerned hotels, airlines, and transportation
companies providing services. So that Plateau Travel
& Tours will not be liable for any loss, injury,
damage, cars accident which may be caused including
those outside the touring programs.

Additional
expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural
disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne
by the tourist. Programmed, prices & services
conditions are based on those valid at the time of
printing and are therefore subject to change without
prior notice or during the tour.
